Reservation Policy

Bring a valid ID and your reservation voucher to the gym on your play date.

Please double check your reservation details before proceeding to payment. All reservations are final.

As a general rule, refunds and rebookings are not accepted for reservations made through Express Hoops PH. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, you may coordinate with the gym directly.

However, reservations are transferable provided that you obtain an authorization letter from the user who made the reservation and a photocopy of his valid I.D. You must present these along with the reservation voucher and your I.D. to the person in-charge at the gym before you play.

However, all gyms reserve the right to rebook your slot for whatever reason they see fit. Gym management will contact you directly for these instances.

In cases of double-bookings between a user who booked online through Express Hoops PH and a user who booked directly to the gym, arbitration of disputes will be handled by gym management.

In these instances of rebooking, double-bookings and the such, you should keep free and harmless as well as fully indemnify ELC Express Hoops Company (SEC Registered Name) for any and all claims that may arise therefrom.

Official receipts should be requested directly from gym management. Gyms release official receipts on the nearest Monday or Thursday after your play date. Receipts for the service fee, if chosen gym charges a service fee, will be provided by Express Hoops PH management. Please contact us directly for delivery of such. Please bear with us as our e-receipt system is currently being processed.

Courts reserved through Express Hoops PH can only be used for pick-up basketball or volleyball (if gym allows). You can’t use the court for tournaments, parties and similar events. Please contact gyms directly for such events.

Express Hoops will not be held liable for any injuries that the user and/or his companions may sustain while playing.

Users must abide by all rules and regulation set forth by the management of the court. Management reserves the right to ban a user if he or she does not follow the rules and regulations of the court. Please see gym policy below.

If you think you have been charged incorrectly, please contact us at shoot@expresshoops.ph.
